Tiramisu

Ingredients
- Cold Coffee
- 4 Eggs
- 500g Mascarpone
- 200g Ladyfingers
- Sugar
- Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- 1Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and add the yolks to the bowl.
- 2Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and mix until it's smooth and creamy.
- 3Add the mascarpone and mix on low speed, then whisk until smooth.
- 4Mix the egg whites on high speed, adding 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- 5Carefully fold the mixed egg whites into the other mixture.
- 6Transfer everything to a zip-top bag and put in the refrigerator (suggestion: 30 minutes).
- 7Cut open one corner of the zip-top bag and cover the bottom of the baking dish with the mixture.
- 8Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and spread them over the mixture.
- 9Cover the layer of ladyfingers with the mixture and arrange another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers.
- 10Cover the ladyfingers with the remaining mixture.
- 11Sprinkle cocoa powder over the mixture and cover the baking dish with plastic wrap.
- 12Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
