Pancakes

Ingredients
- Mulberries
- Almonds in Honey
- 1 Egg
- Baking Powder (2 tsp)
- Sugar
- Flour (approx. 200 g)
- Olive Oil (1 shotglas)
- Salt
Instructions
- 1Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
- 2Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
- 3In another bowl, combine about 125 g of flour, a little sugar (to taste), a pinch of salt, and 2 tsp of baking powder.
- 4Place the egg yolks in a large mixing bowl with 2 cups of milk and mix. Add a shotglas of olive oil and mix again.
- 5Sift in the flour mixture and stir.
- 6Add a little more sifted flour.
- 7Stir.
- 8Add More sifted flour.
- 9Stir.
- 10Carefully fold in the egg whites.
- 11A little more sifted flour.
- 12Oil the pan and fry the batter in small batches until golden brown on both sides.
- 13Decorate the finished pancakes with honey-dipped almonds and mulberries.
