Meatballs

Ingredients
- Bread, soaked in water
- Minced meat
- Grated garlic
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper (a small amount)
- Parsley, finely chopped
- Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
- Parmigiano cheese, grated
- Olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1Soak the bread in water and wring it out well.
- 2Place the soaked bread in a large bowl.
- 3Add the minced meat to the bowl.
- 4Incorporate grated garlic and two eggs.
- 5Season with a small amount of black pepper, salt, and finely chopped parsley.
- 6Grate Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano cheese, then add them to the mixture.
- 7Mix everything thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
- 8Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- 9Heat olive oil in a pan.
- 10Fry the meatballs in the hot oil, turning them until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 11Once cooked, place the meatballs on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- 12Serve hot and enjoy.
