Light Pancakes

Ingredients
- 120 g flour
- 1 egg
- 200 ml oat milk (or other milk)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a splash of vanilla
- honey (optional, topping)
- banana (optional, topping)
Instructions
- 1Get your tools ready: two bowls, a sieve, a whisk, and a pan.
- 2Sift the flour into a large bowl.
- 3In another bowl, crack the egg and whisk it vigorously.
- 4Add the milk slowly to the egg while whisking, about 200 ml in total.
- 5Add the vanilla and baking powder, mix well.
- 6Combine the wet mix with the sifted flour. Whisk until smooth and lump-free. If it’s too liquid, add a little more flour.
- 7Heat a non-stick pan (no need for butter).
- 8Pour small amounts of batter into the pan to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook the other side.
- 9Serve warm with honey and banana on top, or your favourite toppings.
