• 1 avocado
• 2 eggs
• Lemon
• Paprika
• Water
• Vinegar
• Salt
• Toast

Instructions

1. 1Mash the avocado and mix in some lemon juice to keep it from browning. Add a pinch of salt.
2. 2Boil water with a splash of vinegar. Stir to create a whirlpool, then gently drop in the egg to poach it.
3. 3Toast some bread. Spread the avocado on the toast and top it with the poached egg. Then, add a sprinkle of paprika.
